Job summary

Prisma Health in Greenville Memorial Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to provide clinical direction in an acute inpatient ICU Pediatrics setting. The role requires an RN with an associate degree in nursing, preferably with a bachelor’s in nursing, and at least one year of RN experience.

Licensure must be current in the state of practice. The nurse will develop and implement patient-centered care plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in quality improvement

Qualifications

• RN licensure as required by state/province.
• Minimum one year of RN experience in acute care or similar setting.
• In lieu of one year RN experience, Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or equivalent residency accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting.
• Demonstrate nursing competencies using evidence-based practices across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with patients and families, coordinating with the care team.
• Ensure patient safety, adherence to policies, and effective communication across shifts.
