Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing as required by SC or multi-state license.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred over strictly an ADN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per established plan and patient needs.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care with the care team.
• Coordinate discharge planning and smooth care transitions.
• Perform assessments, document outcomes, and communicate changes.
• Ensure patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
