The Society of Critical Care Medicine, specifically the Hospitalists of Modesto Medical Group, Inc., is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP) to work on a critical care team in Modesto. This full-time role involves working night shifts and providing comprehensive care to ICU patients.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $175,000 to $200,000 annually, alongside benefits such as health insurance and a pension plan. Ideal candidates will have ICU experience and be ready for a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current California NP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• National certification (ANCC, AANP).
• Board certified or board eligible in Acute Care (ACNP or AG-ACNP preferred for NPs).
• ICU or critical care experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients across multiple units.
• Manage patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Perform ICU procedures including central line placement and intubation.
• Participate in daily ICU rounding with attending physicians.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively.
