Qualifications
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients during night shifts.
Perform patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans.
Manage ventilators, vasoactive medications, and other critical care interventions.
Respond to emergencies, codes, and rapid clinical changes.
Collaborate closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
