Job summary

A healthcare organization in Nashua, NH is seeking a Per Diem Critical Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team for nighttime coverage. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing critically ill patients, particularly in ICUs, and possess current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure along with BLS and ACLS certifications. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.
• Must have at least 1 year of ICU critical care experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients during night shifts.
• Perform patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans.
• Manage ventilators, vasoactive medications, and other critical care interventions.
• Respond to emergencies, codes, and rapid clinical changes.
• Collaborate closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
