North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) in Harrison, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Critical Care (ICU/CCU). The role requires a current Arkansas RN license, BLS at hire, and ACLS/PALS within 6 months.

Nurses with 1–3 years of critical care experience are preferred and BSN is desired. Join our tight-knit ICU team and provide high-acuity patient care with opportunities for education and growth within a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN license.
• BLS at hire; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications (or commitment to obtain per department timeline).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; professional communication with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience (critical care strongly preferred).

Responsabilités

• Perform frequent, systematic assessments and update care plans.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and provide handoffs.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and a safe environment of care.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies; interpret EKGs and apply treatments.
• Administer, titrate, and document critical care infusions.
• Care for immediate post-anesthesia patients per PACU guidelines.
