Qualifications

• CA RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS within one year of hire/transfer.

Responsabilités

• Nurse practice governed by the Code of Ethics and professional behavior.
• Lead the interdisciplinary health care team to provide holistic care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and advocate for patients/families.
• Document care and follow the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers and ensure proper referrals and care transitions.
