The House Manager serves as a leader in planning, organizing, coaching, and facilitating clinical functions and staff for the assigned shift to support safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. The House Manager provides leadership and coordination of nursing service activities during the scheduled shift and works closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers to promote teamwork and continuity of care.
