Qualifications

• Experience in campground or comparable position.
• Office and light maintenance work in high public contact area.
• Read, write, and speak English in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with registering and guiding to sites.
• Keep a chronological log of shift events.
• Maintain grounds and restrooms; empty trash.
• Provide park information and local recommendations.
• Follow safety guidelines when operating equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and housekeeping tasks.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Report disturbances or emergencies to management.
• Prioritize tasks with planning and decision making.
