Guest Services is seeking a Campground Host to greet and assist visitors, answer questions, and explain regulations. The role involves outdoor work in varied weather, with walking or bicycling required.

You’ll perform light maintenance, manage campsite cleanliness, and assist with reservations, while addressing health and safety concerns. Expect to work most weekends and holidays during the term, and provide visitors with information on tours, rentals, and park facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service abilities; actively helps customers and coworkers.
• Reading and writing work-related documents in English.
• Ability to recognize and report problems to management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors; answer questions and explain regulations.
• Perform light campground maintenance and stock restrooms.
• Clean campsites after each camper checkout and manage site turnover.
• Keep track of occupied/vacant sites and assist with reservations.
