Kingandprince on St. Simons Island seeks a diligent Night Audit/Guest Service Agent to balance daily transactions and safeguard guests and assets. The role includes greeting guests, handling check-ins/outs, pre- arrival planning, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer care.

The position requires excellent communication, a High School diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Word/Excel. Shifts can be lengthy, and the hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers/Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Customer service experience required.
• Long hours are sometimes required.
• Ability to exert up to 30 pounds of force.
• Professional and calm demeanor.
• Ability to stand for shift.
• Must work well under pressure.
• Willingness to assist bell team and other departments.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming.
• Conduct pre-arrival planning and in-room dining orders.
• Prepare and email reports.
• Count and verify cash deposits.
• Balance and close shift paperwork.
• Support luggage and shuttle operations as needed.
• Handle issues and guest complaints.
• Assist with guest requests and directions.
• Conduct nightly security walks and keep areas clean.
