Position Purpose and Summary

The Night Guest Laundry Attendant ("NGLA") must demonstrate a strong commitment to providing the best experience for guests. Responsibilities include assisting guests overnight, checking guests in and out, completing laundry duties, answering phones, and maintaining safety and security procedures according to company standards.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Provide excellent guest service, including check-in/out and payment collection.
• Handle laundry tasks such as treating stains, washing, drying, and folding linens, blankets, and shower curtains.
• Process dishware according to standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts, laundry rooms, and ensure PAR levels are maintained.
• Manage reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Set up and maintain grab-and-go breakfast.
• Conduct property inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Follow all safety, security, cash handling, and key control policies.

Other Duties

• Assist in cleaning various hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

The typical shift is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Compensation
