Position Purpose And Summary

The Night Guest Laundry Attendant ("NGLA") is committed to providing the best experience for our guests. Responsibilities include assisting guests overnight with check-in and check-out, completing laundry tasks, answering phones, and maintaining safety and security standards according to company policies.

Key Job Duties

1. Provide excellent guest service and support.
2. Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and payments following company procedures.
3. Handle laundry processes including stain treatment, washing, drying, and folding linens, blankets, and shower curtains.
4. Process dishware as per standards.
5. Stock housekeeping carts, laundry rooms, and ensure PAR levels are maintained.
6. Manage reservations, registrations, and departures.
7. Set up and maintain grab-and-go breakfast offerings.
8. Conduct property inspections for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
9. Follow all safety, security, cash handling, and key control policies.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning various hotel areas as needed.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Work Schedule

The typical shift is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
