Position Purpose and Summary

The Night Guest Laundry Attendant ("NGLA") is committed to providing an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting guests overnight with check-in and check-out, laundry duties, answering phones, and maintaining safety and security procedures according to company standards.

Major / Key Job Duties

1. Deliver exceptional service to guests and colleagues.
2. Assist with overnight guest check-in/out and payments following company policies.
3. Handle laundry tasks such as stain treatment, washing, drying, and folding linens, blankets, and shower curtains.
4. Process dishware in compliance with standards, including washing, drying, and packaging.
5. Stock housekeeping carts, laundry rooms, and supply areas to maintain PAR levels.
6. Manage reservations, registrations, payments, and departures as per guidelines.
7. Set up and maintain the grab-and-go breakfast area.
8. Conduct daily property inspections for cleanliness, trash, and maintenance needs.
9. Report safety and security issues promptly to management.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning various hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

The typical shift is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
