Position Purpose And Summary

The Night Guest Laundry Attendant ("NGLA") must demonstrate a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests. Responsibilities include assisting guests overnight with check-in and check-out, completing laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding linens and towels, answering phones, and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed in line with company standards.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Provide excellent guest service, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and payment processing according to company guidelines.
• Handle laundry responsibilities, including stain treatment, washing, drying, and folding linens, towels, blankets, and shower curtains.
• Process dishware by washing, drying, and packaging as per standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts, laundry rooms, and supply areas to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Manage reservations, registrations, payments, and departures following company procedures.
• Set up and maintain the grab-and-go breakfast area according to brand standards.
• Conduct property tours to inspect cleanliness, trash collection, and maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety, security, cash handling, and key control policies, reporting issues promptly.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning assigned areas such as the front desk, breakroom, laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas as needed.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform any additional duties requested by management.

The typical shift is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
