Position Purpose And Summary

The Night Guest Laundry Attendant ("NGLA") must demonstrate a strong commitment to providing an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting guests overnight with check-in and check-out procedures, completing laundry tasks, answering phones, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed according to company standards.

Major / Key Job Duties

1. Provide exceptional service to guests and colleagues.
2. Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out and payment processing.
3. Handle laundry duties, including stain treatment, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
4. Process dishware according to standards.
5. Stock housekeeping and laundry supplies to maintain proper inventory levels.
6. Manage reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
7. Set up and maintain the grab-and-go breakfast area.
8. Conduct property inspections for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
9. Follow all safety, security, and company policies, including cash handling and key control.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning various hotel areas as needed.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Shift Details

The typical shift is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
