A 2ND CHANCE MONITORING is hiring a Night Shift GPS Monitoring Agent in Marietta, GA. The role focuses on managing participants court-ordered to electronic monitoring, combining technology, customer service, and documentation during a 12-hour night shift.
No prior GPS monitoring experience is required; we’ll teach the monitoring part. You will install and remove equipment, travel to local facilities, monitor alerts, communicate with participants, courts, and agencies, and keep accurate records.
Qualifications
- Night shift availability in Marietta, GA.
- No GPS monitoring experience required; training provided.
- Willing to travel to nearby facilities for installs/removals.
- Strong documentation and communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Install and remove GPS monitoring equipment.
- Travel to jails, medical facilities and other locations for installs/removals.
- Complete installs and removals at the office.
- Monitor GPS alerts and participant activity.
- Communicate with participants regarding schedules and requirements.
- Document activity accurately and thoroughly.
- Troubleshoot monitoring equipment and basic tech issues.
- Communicate with courts, law enforcement and other agencies as needed.
- Handle payments and account questions.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining records.
