Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Arkansas boiler license required.
• Driver's License required if hired to drive.
• Ability to teach/instruct and evaluate the learning of new employees.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association, preferred.
• CARE certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep facility structure and equipment in good repair.
• Assist Engineering with plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance.
• Construct, repair and maintain wooden structures and furniture using hand and power tools.
• Assist in operating boilers and other auxiliary equipment for heat and power.
• Respond to security needs of hospital and clinics personnel, patients and visitors.
• Participate in CQI activities and performance improvement.
