Ozarks Community Hospital, located in Gravette, AR, is seeking a Night General Services Technician to support the Maintenance Department. The role covers a broad range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work, and involves assisting with boiler operation to ensure heat and power for the facility.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent and an Arkansas boiler license, with a valid driver’s license if driving is required.

Qualifications

• Arkansas boiler license required.
• If hired to drive, a valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to teach/instruct and evaluate the learning of new employees.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association preferred.
• CARE certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in maintaining the facility's physical structures and equipment.
• Support plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance tasks.
• Construct, repair, and maintain wooden structures and partitions.
• Operate boilers and auxiliary equipment to provide heat and power.
• Respond to security needs of staff, patients, and visitors as required.
• Participate in CQI and performance improvement activities.

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, AR has an opening for a night General Services Technician within our Maintenance Department.

The General Services Tech is responsible for assisting in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Position will require knowledge and skill in a wide range of maintenance fields. Will assist the Engineering Department with plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance. Constructs, repairs and maintains wooden structures such as furniture, equipment, partitions and other parts of the hospital buildings, using hand tools and power tools according to written and oral instructions. Assists in the performance of duties necessary to operate and maintain boilers and other auxiliary equipment necessary for producing steam for heat and power of this facility. May be required to respond to security needs of hospital and clinics personnel, patients and visitors. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.
