Job summary

Millenniumsoft, Inc is seeking an Assembler 1, General in Sumter, South Carolina. The position runs on the F shift from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. with a 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off cadence, in a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities include operating production and packaging equipment, ensuring quality, recording data, and adhering to safety and QSR requirements. A high school diploma or GED is required and eye exams may be required before start.

Qualifications

• Must pass eye exam before starting; vision 20/30 with or without correction.
• Eye exam may be required for hire with possible color vision testing.
• Candidates with previous work experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in the Sharps Department.
• Operate all packaging equipment and ensure proper labeling.
• Participate as a team member to ensure daily operations.
• Operate equipment at required quality and output levels.
• Perform quality checks as specified.
• Maintain accurate production, downtime and quality records.
• Notify technical personnel of equipment malfunctions.
• Use Batch Numbers in SAP and stamp them on cartons.
• Perform general housekeeping during shift.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures and QSR.
