• Security: Maintain vigilance, report suspicious activity, conduct patrols, respond to alarms and emergencies, enforce community rules.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to residents, guests, and vendors; answer questions and resolve issues.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain logs, incident reports, and visitor lists; complete daily reports and tasks.
