Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, operates in over 50 locations in the US, providing repair, reconditioning, and remarketing services. At the gates you will be the face of ADESA to customers, vendors and associates, ensuring assets are protected and inventory controls are followed.

This hourly role offers night shifts (Friday–Sunday, with other days as needed) and starting pay of $19–$20 per hour. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, can stand long hours, and communicate

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience within a customer service environment.
• Able to relate well with others and handle conflict positively.
• Able to enter data on handheld devices or computers.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Secure gates and buildings, patrol premises, and notify authorities if needed.
• Verify authorized entry and greet customers, vendors, and transporters.
• Check passes and departing vehicles to guard against theft.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and de-escalate difficult situations.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and professional appearance; promote teamwork.
