Mom’s Meals is seeking a Fulfillment Associate for the 3rd shift in a refrigerated warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves picking, scanning, and packing portions of customer orders in a temperature-controlled environment (34-40 degrees).

The position requires standing 8–10 hours, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. Pay starts at $18.50 per hour and includes shift differential; pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends/holidays/overtime.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the order.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Pay attention to detail when reading labels and selecting product.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move product within warehouse following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
