Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigations required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at the front desk of a utilities location.
• Monitor visitor access and verify identification and authorization; issue credentials and maintain records.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries regarding site access and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, problem-solving approach.
