Responsibilities

• Receives callers and directs them to the correct destination while noting caller details.
• Provides quality customer service to residents, families, coworkers and vendors.
• Greets visitors and screens them in the lobby.
• Operates a multi-line telephone system and related office equipment.
• Performs clerical duties and supports Executive Director, Marketing, Accounting and Activity Departments.
• Maintains records of names, times, and nature of calls; takes accurate messages.
• Monitors safety, reports hazards and assists with emergency procedures.
