Job summary

Planet Fitness in Bristol, CT is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate for a part-time shift. You will warmly welcome members, handle inquiries by phone, process payments, and keep the club clean during late hours while delivering friendly service.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience in retail or fitness settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1 year Fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, friendly manner.
• Answer phones promptly with accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments and provide receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to customers.
• Explain policies clearly to customers.
