Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor for our Columbus property. You will support late-shift operations, check guests in and out during non-traditional hours, and help ensure accurate daily financial close and balancing.

As the night shift runs with limited supervision, you’ll need a proactive, responsive and caring approach. You’ll maintain a welcoming lobby and respond to weather or emergency situations while delivering friendly service to our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk/customer service roles.
• Ability to balance transactions and review folios.
• Comfort with 24/7 hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and other daily charges.
• Handle phone system, transfer calls and reservations.
• Verify, balance and review room availability.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Administer guest payment policies and spot errors from day shifts.
• Prepare folios for morning departures.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup.
