Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions in Fargo, ND is hiring a Freight Handler for the 10pm–6am shift. You will load/unload freight with forklifts, use scanners, and ensure accurate staging within a fast-paced distribution network.

This safety-sensitive role requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 90 pounds occasionally, and strong attention to detail while maintaining timely deliveries. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 90 pounds.
• At least 6 months of verifiable forklift experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Pre-employment skills assessment is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and/or hand cart.
• Use handheld scanners to track and document freight through our network.
• Accurately identify, sticker, and stage inbound freight.
• Verify the condition of freight to ensure quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
