U.S. Bank – Elavon is seeking a Fraud Operations Analyst for the night shift. You will analyze transactions and digital interactions to detect and prevent fraud, monitoring money movement through channels and reviewing online activity.

The role requires strong investigative skills, knowledge of banking, and familiarity with mobile and online banking. You will work remotely and support customers while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent English (C1) required.
• Relevant work experience in fraud prevention, risk, or related field preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical and administrative instructions clearly.
• Proficiency navigating multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve exceptions.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Willingness to work night shifts 20:30–4:30, including weekends.
• Comfortable with a remote work model.

Responsibilities

• Monitor account activity to identify fraudulent transactions and policy violations.
• Secure accounts to prevent financial losses.
• Contact customers via email or phone to verify suspicious activity.
• Work with internal departments to confirm transaction legitimacy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve fraud-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and fraud trend data.
