Job summary

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Material Handler for a Plano, TX facility. You will operate forklifts, use RF scanners, move materials to workstations, and help maintain inventory accuracy. Overtime is available and weekly pay of $19.00 per hour

Applicants should be able to pass pre-employment drug screens and background checks, work nights, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 50 pounds. ASC environment following OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Able to work night, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or other material handling equipment as needed.
• Use RF scanning to verify inventory accuracy.
• Move materials between warehouse, workstations, pickup locations.
• Inspect and maintain forklifts and equipment.
• Identify safety hazards and follow OSHA rules.
• Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods.
