Job summary

Fresh Express in Streamwood, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move materials within the warehouse using forklift, walker, or hand jack, and to pick/load all orders via the Voice system.

You will follow SOPs and safety procedures while maintaining an efficient workflow in a fast-paced setting, with a weekend/holiday-friendly schedule and bilingual English skills strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have weekends/holidays availability.
• Basic math skills required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish.
• Forklift certification strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma desirable; food industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect powered jacks/trucks for operating conditions and safety.
• Operate powered jacks/trucks.
• Follow SOPs, safety, and Fresh Express policies.
• Ensure accurate, timely workflow for all assignments.
• Complete all required documentation for the function.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area including dock areas and coolers.
• Communicate with supervisors, clerks, production, and QA as needed.
• Use Voice system to pick and load orders.
