Job summary

XPO, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator at Waite Park, MN to load and unload palletized freight on a dock. The role uses forklifts and pallet jacks on a night shift, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Able to do basic math calculations.
• Available to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload freight.
• Use appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work in a safe, efficient manner and follow safety policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock that is not climate-controlled for extended periods.
