Job summary

Conagra Brands in Indianapolis is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shift. The role offers an hourly rate of $22.52 plus a $0.50 shift differential and reports to the Team Lead.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading/unloading pallets, inventory control, and maintaining safety and quality procedures on the production floor. Minimum 3+ months of related experience is required; a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment for 3+ months.
• Experience operating a sit down and standup double reach forklifts.
• Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent; experience in food processing or packaging; USDA, FDA, OSHA, or GMP compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up double-reach forklifts to move pallets and products.
• Pick up and remove waste; push waste carts to dumpster area.
• Load and unload trucks; move inventory in warehouse while following safety procedures.
• Record warehouse data and monitor temperature logs for trailers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Communicate issues to Coordinator or Team Lead and work overtime to meet production schedules.
