Job summary

Schwan's Company seeks a warehouse associate for a full-time night shift (12am-8am) to load, pick, and move pallets in a food manufacturing setting. Starting pay is $20.25/hr with a $1.50 shift differential for hours 6pm–6am, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will receive product requests, operate lift equipment, and ensure safe handling per OSHA and GWP guidelines. Must have HS diploma, 2+ years’ experience, and be able to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to gain forklift certification and complete cart driver training.
• Ability to operate cleaning tools, forklifts, and carts in cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Receive product requests from load sheets and locate pallets for distribution.
• Operate equipment per GWP and OSHA regulations.
• Operate lift equipment safely to minimize damage.
• Report malfunctions of high lift stacker/reach truck equipment to supervisor.
• Assist with periodic inventories as necessary.
