Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift (10:30 pm–7:00 am) in a food manufacturing setting. You will safely operate forklifts, pick and stage pallets, and help maintain accurate, timely material flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
• 0–1 year of related experience.
• Ability to operate clean-up brooms, plastic compactors, forklifts, and carts.
• Ability to gain and maintain forklift certification.
• Ability to key product/move data into terminals daily and work in cold/freezing temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and lift equipment per OSHA standards.
• Efficiently pick and stage pallets from storage racks to Forward Pick areas for trailer loading.
• Maintain smooth product flow by ensuring all material movements are completed on time.
• Perform regular equipment checks and report safety issues to minimize downtime.
• Support inventory control with periodic counts and organized storage per GWP.
