Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Forklift Operator for third shift to pull products for weekly distributions and load shipments with a sit-down forklift or order picker. Responsibilities include staging orders, stocking, and maintaining accurate paperwork while working closely with a team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a distribution center environment.
• 1–2 years operating a forklift or order picker; certification preferred.
• Proficiency in DC procedures including shipping and receiving.
• Ability to operate all DC equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and order picker.
• Experience with inventory/database programs and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Pulls product for weekly distributions to stores.
• Prepares and stages orders for shipping.
• Operates forklift/order picker to move inventory and unload stock.
• Ensures proper paperwork is completed before dispatch.
• Back stocks incoming freight to proper bin locations.
• Assists with receiving freight, new store/event receiving and tagging.
• Unload/load trucks and report equipment issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and high professionalism.
