Job summary

Penguin Random House LLC operates a state- of- the- art national fulfillment center in Westminster, Maryland. We are seeking reliable workers to pick, pack, and ship approximately 1.2 million books daily, supporting customers worldwide.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 35-50 lbs, operate powered equipment, and work the 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am. We offer medical benefits, a 401(k), and generous PTO from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate powered industrial equipment (power jacks and pallet stackers).
• Minimum age is 18.
• Prior experience is preferred.
• Must be able to operate a variety of forklift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship books for global customers.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse.
