Job summary

Allen Distribution is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Operations team in Missouri. This full-time role on the 3rd shift (6:00 PM–4:30 AM, Sun–Wed) involves loading/unloading with power equipment, locating and stacking products, and counting inventory.

You must maintain safety, quality, and OSHA-compliant housekeeping while supporting continuous improvement culture. Position requires ability to obtain a forklift license, lift up to 50 lbs, and work extended shifts in a non-climate controlled

Qualifications

• Must obtain forklift license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Experience with handheld RF scanning devices preferred.
• Comfort working in non-climate controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product using power equipment.
• Move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the work area.
• Follow plant SOPs and supervisor instructions.
