Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Forklift Operator for the night shift (6:30pm–6:30am, 3/2/3). Starting pay $22.35–$24.00/hr and a safety-focused environment.

You will transport materials, load, unload, and support production lines while maintaining accurate records and following GMP standards. Responsibilities include performing safety inspections, assisting with line shifts, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Must interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety, health, quality GMP policies.
• Perform forklift safety inspections and battery checks.
• Move pallets to stretch wrap machines and staging areas.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used or produced.
• Assist in relieving teammates for breaks and lunches.
• Communicate shift totals and material statuses to supervision.
