Job summary

Marsden Services is seeking a full-time Specialty Services Cleaner in the Madison area. You’ll travel with the crew to different cities as needed, performing construction and final cleanups for tenant occupancy with attention to safety and paperwork compliance.

The role emphasizes hard surface and carpet cleaning using floor care equipment, manual lifting, and collaboration with a team to deliver high-quality results across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Valid driver’s license and pass driving background.
• Must follow and understand all labels and directions on chemicals/products used.
• Construction clean/final clean for new or remodeled structures to allow tenant occupancy.
• Heavy lifting is required; help will be available for safe handling of furniture.
• Complete all paperwork related to job orders and safety concerns must be reported.

Responsibilities

• Strip and refinish hard surface floors using low speed machines and related equipment.
• Scrub and refinish floors with floor care equipment and supplies.
• Scrub concrete floors with autoscrubber and related equipment.
• Clean various flooring types including ceramic, marble, terrazzo.
• Carpet extraction and dry foam carpet cleaning with specialized machines.
• Bonnet and CFR cleaning of furniture and upholstery as needed.
