Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Float Registered Nurse (RN) for Saint Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, CT. You will monitor patients, document changes, and respond to clinical status while supporting rehabilitation across multiple Medical-Surgical units and potential ICU/ED assignments with appropriate training.

The role involves floating between units during a 12-hour night shift, with weekend and holiday coverage as required. RN licensure in CT and BLS are mandatory, BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, record, and respond to patients' clinical status.
• Assist with various levels of care and rehabilitation.
• Float between one or more units during 12-hour shifts as assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
