Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the State of South Carolina.
• New graduate RNs educated online may not meet LMC minimum qualifications.
• There is a Nurse Residency Program for eligible new grads.

Responsibilities

• Establishes positive rapport with patient and family.
• Provides education to patient and family about condition, medications, and self-care.
• Documents all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and protects operations.
• Uses a systematic approach to nursing assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
