Holland Hospital float team is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support MedSurg, Telemetry and Ortho Neuro Progressive Care Units. The role requires bedside patient care under an RN, with duties spanning documentation, vitals, and daily living activities. Schedule is year-round, not summer-only, with a 7pm-7:30am shift and every third weekend.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, BLS within 60 days, and CNA preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider within 60 days after hire.
• CNA certification preferred; bilingual ability can be advantageous.

Mansioni

• Assist with direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Document patient data accurately using forms or systems.
• Perform vitals, sterile technique, and simple therapies as trained.
