American Anesthesiology of New York, P.C. seeks a Night Float Anesthesiologist to join Crouse Health Hospital in Syracuse, NY.

The role offers a 26 weeks on/26 weeks off schedule and a total rewards package including a $625K base compensation with a $100K sign-on incentive. The position supports general, gynecologic, and complex cases with a collegial anesthesia team, comprehensive benefits, and generous loan repayment options.

Competenze

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Current medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
