Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Finishing Operator 2 or comparable training.
• Ability to train a Finishing Operator I or Trainee.
• Basic computer skills – input data and job tickets.
• Ability to read safety rules, tickets, and manuals.
• Must perform basic arithmetic and maintain good attendance.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mechanically adjusts and sets up equipment per job tickets.
• Operates gluing machines at production speeds while controlling quality and waste.
