Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy is seeking skilled Machine Operators to join its production team in Colorado. You will set up, operate, and monitor the production line, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure quality checks and proper documentation are completed daily.

Responsibilities include adjusting filler timing, monitoring packaging, and preparing equipment for the next run while maintaining GMP compliance and safe working practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Clean, set-up, operate, and monitor equipment of the production line.
• Complete all required documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and packaging of product.
• Make adjustments to filler timing and filling and perform line changeovers as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
• Prepare equipment for next run and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
