Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy is seeking a Dispenser/Filler Operator for the PM shift to ensure timely bottling of dairy products while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation to meet FDA standards. You will operate the filler equipment, monitor packaging quality, perform changeovers, and complete required quality checks.

The role requires staying compliant with GMPs and documenting all activities. The position offers a union pension, paid sick time, vacation, holidays and opportunities for career growth,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Effective verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks.

Responsibilities

Operate the filler and monitor the production line.
Clean, set up, and operate equipment; ensure product is clean and sterile.
Complete required documentation and quality checks.
Monitor weights, seals, caps and packaging quality.
Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating issues and collect QA samples.
Maintain sanitary work area and follow GMPs.
