The candidate must be able to work independently during night shifts, maintain clear communication with field personnel, and adhere to safety policies to ensure safe and efficient operations across multiple field locations.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in oil and gas or related field.
• Ability to work the night shift.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a vehicle and travel between field locations.
• Comfort with documenting field activities and reports.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Capable of following established field routines and checklists.
• Willingness to meet background, drug, MVR, agility and fit-for-duty requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport personnel and equipment to and from field locations during the night shift.
• Monitor field equipment and operating conditions across assigned locations.
• Perform routine field checks and inspections.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, or operational concerns.
• Communicate field conditions and activities to supervisors and team members.
• Coordinate with field personnel to support overnight operations.
• Document field activities, inspections, incidents, and required information.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
