Job summary

Danos seeks a Night Rider to provide overnight field support and safe transport of personnel and equipment to and from Snyder, TX worksites. The role involves monitoring field operations, performing routine checks, responding to alarms, and communicating with supervisors to ensure safe, efficient night operations.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in oil and gas, can work overnight, and will document field activities while maintaining strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Overnight/night shifts required.
• Independent work with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Safely operate a vehicle and travel between field locations.
• Monitor field equipment and recognize abnormal conditions or alarms.
• Accurately document field activities and incidents.
• Meet background, drug, MVR, agility and fitness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport personnel and equipment to and from field locations during the night shift.
• Monitor field equipment and operating conditions at assigned locations.
• Perform routine field checks and inspections.
• Respond to equipment alarms, incidents, or operational concerns as required.
• Communicate field conditions to supervisors and team members.
• Coordinate with field personnel to support overnight operations.
• Document field activities, inspections, incidents, and other required information.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and operational requirements.
• Identify and report potential safety or operational concerns.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with field teams.
• Support safe and efficient operations across assigned field locations.
