Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in Mills River, NC is seeking a Facility Support Worker to perform janitorial and sanitation duties across the brewery and restaurant, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for coworkers and guests.

Reporting to the Facility Support Supervisor, you will carry out daily cleaning, power washing, floor care, equipment polishing, waste sorting and minor maintenance, with training provided to operate forklifts, scissor lifts and related tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year of industrial cleaning or manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment/background check.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to obtain forklift/scissor-lift certification after training.
• Basic math and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cleaning and sanitation across the brewery and restaurant.
• Power washing, floor care, and seasonal deep cleaning.
• Operates forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment after training.
• Maintains cleanliness of outdoor spaces and entrances.
• Responds to facility maintenance needs and minor repairs.
• Follows safety protocols and GMPs to maintain product quality.
