Qualifications

• Leads and supervises a facilities/operations team.
• Coordinates priorities across daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Requires Pool Operator Certification (CPO or equivalent).
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications for coordination and reporting.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical facility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a four-person overnight facilities team.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly custodial and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure facility is clean, safe, secure, and ready for daytime operations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to facility issues.
• Perform routine inspections and address maintenance, safety, and cleanliness concerns.
• Assist with troubleshooting/building system repairs coordination.
• Maintain records of completed work, inspections, and inventory.
• Communicate with daytime management about ongoing projects and shifts.
• Assist with event setups and facility preparations as needed.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of pool systems per health and safety regulations.
